awakening through MOVEMENT and expression.

Thoughts become emotions, that settle in the body, that triggers (re)actions, turning into new thoughts, on repeat, until they become (unconscious) habits. When you think about it, most of us spend large parts of our lives in a virtual (thought) reality. Thoughts are not truth, but the pure (unfiltered) moment is. 

Moving meditation is one path of awakening. Nature immersions, breathwork, physical exercise, micro movements, and mindfulness; working on becoming conscious of “thought stuff” and awakening to the present, taking the pulse on our bodies responding to the environment. We engage in dialogue - constructive honest intention.

A moving meditation is like sailing; feeling the pressure of the wind, responding - daring to explore, to let go and to engage in resistance, to find a continuous ever changing equilibrium. If you let go too much you will stand still, lose momentum (and resilience). If you try too hard you can be overturned (and injured).
